I wish we could duplicate the recipe for this. Laurie kind of did this "on the fly". She of course hard-boiled the eggs and mashed them up. Then added the rest. The Aioli was in the frig, and was used instead of mayonnaise to add moisture and all kinds of good flavor. Also, the added ham salad was from the day before, from left-over spiral ham ground up in a food processor. (The ham part of this has me remembering my mom, who'd add ham to egg salad, from a can of "deviled ham". At the time it tasted pretty good, but I think I would now put it in the category that includes Spam.)

Simply mash up the eggs, ham salad and Aioli
This is the Aioli used (ingredients include garlic, dill, and tarragon)
Spoon into the egg halves
Add the parsley
Add the paprika
Job done
